His honest advice and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly felt that he always had our best interests in mind. We were also in the process of moving to a different city, which could have made the home sale much more complicated. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and enabled us to complete the closing virtually without any issues. He was always responsive, proactive, and available whenever we needed guidance. Most importantly, he was someone we could fully trust throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy realtor. We're very grateful for all his help!

We completed the whole buying process from across the country and Justin handled everything on this side without a problem. We love our new home. Thanks Justin!

It was a scary feeling I had about borrowing x amount of money & having to pay it back. I started off with a low budget mostly looking at apartments, condos, & town homes never thinking on a single income I would be able to find a home. Mrs Hocutt was always available night & day we text or email back & forth no matter the hour 10 11 o clock at night sometimes because of my work schedule. Always sending me up to date listings. I never felt like I was not a priority. We know selling & buy is commission base. & even though I know I was probably her CHEAPEST Client lol she never made me feel like it. When I wanted to see houses in Wake Co, Johnston Co, Harnett Co, & Sanford Co she was always available to set appointments to see these properties. I close on my first home at the end of the month & this process I can say was made very easy simple. If you are looking for a Realtor in the Wake Co area I highly recommend contacting Mrs Hocutt for any selling or buying needs. I just know she will take care of you the best she can!

Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend hiring him to be your real estate agent. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

I have never in my life worked with such an unprofessional businessperson as I did with Bruce, the…read moremanager, of Parrish Realty in Zebulon. My credit isn't the best, so I offered to pay for a full year of rent. He was supposed to call back on Mon. or Tues., but I never heard from him, so his word is not good. He was always difficult to get a hold of. I called on Thurs. and his extension was busy, so, I spoke with someone else who directed me right to him. He spoke to me for a minute, talking about my real estate agent had called & blah, blah, blah . He then said he was in a meeting (now why would a co-worker send the call to him if he WAS in a meeting. And I said, "Well, you haven't answered my question." I'm paying a FULL YEAR in rent, so why should you be worried about my credit and he replied, after that year your credit is still bad. After a year - who knows what my credit would be like?? I told him I would be buying a house before the year ended but he was having none of it. He just said that they (the homeowners) did not want to rent to me. Who knows? Maybe it's the fact that my Emotional Support Animal is a Rottweiler, the biggest baby you've ever met. Something is hinky all around this situation. I can only imagine if I did rent and needed maintenance done. I'm so GLAD that I will not be a part of Parrish Realty Rentals. I had the feeling the entire time that he was just blowing me off.
