To my surprise the store was clean, quiet, and good vibes. They have all the new goodies that are floating all around online! Other consumers were also very friendly while shopping! Marcus and Joann were working that day and they are so friendly I hope next time I go they are working again! Lots of parking no issues there! I received an email saying that the order is at the store and ready for pick up. The store says they don't have it and to ask the online department to cancel it. The inline department says they won't canc el the order because it's shipped. I am going to file a dispute with my bank and have the charges to my debit card reversed. I am also being treated rudely by the Placerville store employees. I wish that I could give a negative stay review. I will instead tell everyone I know to avoid Dollar Tree and never shop there again!

If the shelves are in a disarray, chalk that up to the over zealous shoppers. The staff do their best to keep items neat n tidy as we all should. I see staff literally go down the aisles and tidy up and I've seen customers go tear it all up.

The "reorganization" they've done is awful, and their prices seem to have doubled in the last year. Even for damaged or obviously well worn items. Makes more sense to shop at Walmart and just get things new. Also the staff kept trying to take my cart. Moving it completely when my back was turned, or asking: "Are u done with this? Are u using this?" It has my stuff in it. I'm 5-10 feet away. I can't keep the cart exactly with me anymore because your merchandise is now everywhere in the walkways and the carts wouldn't fit!
