What a great store and holy moly it's huge! I've been meaning to stop by while in town but every…read moretime I think do, I'm shopped out and my suitcase is full. I made it a point to do so this most recent trip though. I'd say prices are on par with other stores carrying the same products. Ironically, I was pleased to see their selection Levi's, since my dad wears them and had trouble finding his common size here at home. Ladies and men's attire had a large, excellent selection; however their women's work clothes were minimal, which surprised me. I really thought I'd be able to go in and grab some multi functional bibs and such for not only working projects at home but for work as well, with no luck. Shockingly minimal selection for the blue collared ladies. Anywho, it won't stop me from going back in and I've recommended them to a few of my buddies from work, when they're in town too!

Boy has Ross really let go of their standards when it comes to customer service. The guy at the…read moreregister definitely made people uncomfortable by rushing the customers to come to him and unload merchandise while in the presence of a prior customer getting them situated at the same time. Kudos for the multitask but he still failed to listen and show any signs of respect or courtesy to the customers. The amount of frustration this employee manifested with the customers he helped is beyond unprofessional. The loss prevention lady shook her head almost the entire time. She can vouch for the piss poor attitude of this employee. Get rid of them Ross! I thought yall stood for more than that! 07/17/25 - Isaac

This has led me to source pre-owned clothing from vintage stores that are already curated for me. Some can be pricy, but Bad Granny's prices are reasonable and they have an excellent denim selection. Granny seemed unwilling to engage with me, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. My attempts at conversation were immediately dismissed...
