price rite on 501 bleecker st utica ny…read more its crazy shopping at price rite while i was geting stuff that guy name john got on the loud speaker intercom very rude mean talking shit on the loud speaker and saying if you don't know how to use the scanner cash out machine don't use it at all or go to the cash register and he was talking about shuting the scann machine down around 6 and he was saying bad words and cuss, kicking the grab can saying not tonight. when i was cashing out he was still talking shit and people was looking at him all crazy i just shook my head and said this store is crazy and people don't want to hear that guy cuss in the store and was taking it out on the employee plus people going to stop going their and go to another store where they don't have to hear the loud speaker inercom. he a supervisor and very annoying and he can't deal with people always complaining about the self check out if you do something wrong. he should help the people not be mean. well iam sorry to say that the people going not to come back to the store. it crazy how the store on bleecker is not comfortable to shop and always hearing that loud speaker intercom he scaring all the people away. that why i go to walmart so i don't have to hear that dam loud speaker intercom when he get on it and talk shit. i like walmart better. price rite on bleecker st no good. this lady said she rather shop at walmart than price rite becuse she don't have to hear that dam loud speaker intercom. price rite going to be loseing customers he talk shit and treat people and always complaining about the self check out registers. everybody be going to walmart for now on time was 4:50 pm monday 2-27-2023

There were a couple of less than desirable encounters with employees BUT after saying so when asked about my experience, the manager more than made up for it. There were in fact many awesome employees, don't take away a negative outcome from this review, please. I'm sure after the dust settles they will no doubt weed out those who don't measure up, so after being shown that I DO in fact matter, I will definitely shop there again, and often. Decent, or even great, prices are only half of a shopping experience, the other is customer service. And when I voiced that mine was one that may cause me to not return, two employees and two managers came to change that, and they for sure did.
