This weekend while spending time in Utica we decided to stop in at Puff N Stuff to pick up some hookah tobacco as well as some cigars. When we walked in the store we were impressed by the amount of smoking items they had, especially their pipes and tobacco. As we wandered the store we picked up a few cigars as well as some hookah tobacco. The store has a small selection of cigars but if you are looking for other smoking paraphernalia, this store is well stocked and it is definitely the place to stop. The one thing to say is that it is definitely an 18+ store for multiple reasons, so no kids. read more

This is one of those times I truly wish I could give a business a 0 stars. My experience was so bad, I almost thought i was on an episode of Punkd. I also work in a retail setting and own a small business so I always try to give a lot of slack because I know how times can be. An older man was working tonight 7/20 around 7pm. My boyfriend and I came in with every intention of buying an electronic vaporizer, and all the fixings. First, we had to wait for his help because he was yelling at someone on the phone, smoking cigarette and throwing his phone down on the counter. He finally came over to us, and my boyfriend inquired about the vaporizers. He was so aggravated having to help us. I understand he didn't know much about them, he stated his son and grandson are the experts. But didn't apologize, or offer any type of information, a contact to call, nothing. Instead, he got his ashes from his cigarette all over the counter and swiped them at me onto my dress. At this point I looked at my boyfriend and said you can absolutely not purchase from this man. And we left. We are taking our business elsewhere. Very upsetting. read more
