Haute Stuff for Cool Chics…read more That's the Spoiled Chics motto and whatever the fashion forecast, it's co-owners Cora and Carina, have it covered. If you rush through the store you'll miss a lot, so take your time! It's full of trendy, classic, and unique handbags, jewelry, and accessories, accessories, accessories. Did I mention the accessories? Put your pocketbook whoas to rest - they've got a little something for everyone. I still remember getting my first Little Hooker there and feeling oh so special (it's a jeweled hanger to keep your handbag off the floor while dining out ;), before it showed up in gift bags at the Oscars. Take that Hollywood!

I tried a rew places while shopping in Squirrel Hill, but alas came up empty handed. Spoiled Chic's did not disappoint however. I bought my friend some nice Ombre scarves from Two's Co. One was a nice solid, the other a bold chevron pattern knit scarf. I saw a few items I would have enjoyed for myself too, but so much to buy, so little money. One thing that I like is Spoiled Chics has a lot of merchandise that's made in the USA and is NOT sweat-shop sourced. They also buy a lot of items from female enterpreneurs. And in the past they have supported several womens' causes.

There is a great selection of items. Everything from jeans and tees to formal dresses and coats. They also have accessories and some home items. Items are priced appropriately for each brand. While some items are higher end and a bit pricey you Can also find really great brands of great quality that are more affordable. They have a 14 day store credit only return policy. My only Complaints were that the heat was so high in the store i felt sick. Especially in the dressing room. Also the mirrors are verrrry tilted so I hope the items I purchased still look good at home.

Accessories and home goods co-mingle with clothing, which leads the shopper to examine every corner of the store and not just a specific section. In this way, Bellwether immerses you in its displays, making you examine each one for a special piece. The looks seem to appeal to a clientele that is perhaps not *quite* as youthful as Rosewood, but perhaps not as matured as Soho or Spoiled Chics. I ended up buying a set of jewelry dishes with my initials on them, and the woman in the shop was very friendly. While the clothing is not quite of my style or size range, I do like this shop and I think that Bellwether is a welcome addition to the Village scene.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from an online source that I had to return because of poor sizing and ill-fitting construction. A neighbor recommended Pro Bike+Run - Robinson. I worked with representative Sam Snodgrass. This guy really knows his product and process to make sure you are fitted properly. Your foot is first measured for proper sizing. Secondly, the pressure points and foot arch are determined and displayed and lastly your gait is videoed. Now it's time to try a number of shoes to see how these elements help to determine a proper fit. Myself, I settled on the New Balance Foam Fresh 1080's. These are not only comfortable for walking, but I was amazed at the relief I was getting for my lower back! Unbelievable! I also purchased a pair of "flip-flops". Next, my wife was so impressed she completed the same process and purchased a pair of shoes and "flip-flops" as well. We are extremely satisfied customers and will suggest anyone at least try the Pro Bike+Run process before they purchase a pair of shoes. Lastly, the pricing was very palpable. For the comfort, I believe $159.00 price tag is not too much to pay. "I will pay good money for my shoes and my bed because if I am not on my back, I'm on my feet"! I specifically looked for a stylist who wouldn't focus on what was "flattering," but would instead help me understand what clothes made me feel good, why, and how to cultivate more of that - and that's what Julia did! She took the time to truly get to know what I was looking for, what I needed, and what I liked (and didn't like). The in-person closet review was especially eye-opening. When she pointed out that I was wearing the wrong size in some of my clothes, it seemed like such an obvious detail - but hearing it from someone else made an impact. I also really appreciate her reminders in our follow-up conversations that this isn't a magic-wand situation. Things don't change overnight; it's a process of discovering what works for me and what doesn't. Thanks to Julia, I finally have a clear vision of the style I want to cultivate, and I'm genuinely thrilled with the work we've done together.
