This was not because of inexperience of sloppy work; more so that things happen. They immediately stopped the work and told my husband to take to a Jeep dealer and they would pay for it to be fixed. We took it to Jeep in Des Moines had it fixed. True to their word they paid for the work and even called a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. The first one they installed had manufacturing defects. They noticed them as it was installed and explained they would order the repair parts and get it fixed. After replacing one part the cover still didn't work correctly. It took some effort but after several communications with BAKFlip, they were able to procure a replacement top and get it installed. It took about 4 months but throughout the ordeal they have been in constant communication with me. I never once doubted their efforts to make it correct. They also installed a Line-X spray in bed liner. That went perfect. I highly recommend Truck Works South for anything you may want for your truck. Thanks again.

I need every dollar because I am a senior woman on disability and I don't think I will order anything from O'Reilly's again.
