He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

They wanted $40 for 8oz same brand cig tobacco. The salesman, possibly the owner, admitted he charged $10 more for profit. In addition to tax & a 4% non cash fee for using a debit credit card. The latter charge is illegal in the state of CT (ct.gov). I didn't realize I was charged this extra non cash fee til home. Disappointed. Cloud9 is in a great location but be prepared to pay extra for this convenience. Knowing my poor planning, I'll probably still shop there, unless they get mad at me for posting an honest review.

She did not whatsoever say a word about this before. So we had no clue what she was talking about. The cashier goes "it's ridiculous the way they all act like this way right, as if they are entitled to something". WHAT????? This is pure racism. My family and I are all hispanics and we were raised that way. She later on proceeded to look my mom up and down. I was very upset and just left.
