No comment for customer service as I did not need to utilized. I have a predilection for tulle, chiffon mesh fabric and embroidery incorporated in my clothing when shopping. Such fabrics as tulle, chiffon mesh are a very hard find. Hip Chics Boutique appeared in my Google extensive search, but I could not possibly travel to North Carolina for shopping and was glad to order online for one measly targeted coveted item. Pink Tulle Sleeve Top, medium $24.49 This top hits all my aspirations that I seek for color, tulle, and style for design that heed my hope. It is a hot pink color, but I highly prefer a subtle pink color. It is not very revealing, but flattering for the very girly girl within me. I do wish Hip Chics Boutique has more size options as this medium felt large. This medium size was not fitted as it was very loose and wide. It is a comfortable wear. Oddly, the tulle mesh fabric was not itching my skin as I can puff it outward away from my skin. I have sensitive skin. I prefer cotton fabric. This woman's top is 96% polyester and 4% spandex. I now have a new hot pink top added to be wardrobe. Price is reasonable for good value. One week later this same women's top is now sold out and Hip Chics Boutique's website states "404 Page Not Found. The page you were looking for does not exist." This is the only clothing item that piqued my interest for Hip Chics Boutique.
