This department store is very large inside and bustling unlike the mall it resides within. There is a Toys R Us operating within Macy's which is great to see. Two level store luggage, home goods down, clothing up. There are two entry's into interior of mall as is two levels throughout. Large selection for clothing, perfume, not very large for purses, shoes. The only store keeping this mall alive, still going strong.

They all were for one customer, so then another lady walked up and she started grabbing info to get orders. When she got to me, I actually walked with her down to where she had to grab the orders from, and that, to me sped the process up much quicker. I think they need to move the register closer to the pick up area, but eh! The staff here is always pleasant and I love the store layout. I rarely come into the store to shop but normally order online for pickup....as I hate shopping in stores! Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, lol!

Plus, you can't beat the gift wrap, bags, and greeting cards. Tons of holiday merchandise for the Christmas season was already out in November, and the store has a section called Dollar Tree Plus that has items for $3 and $5. Most items are now $1.25. The candy and snack food selection is plentiful, and they have Big Chewy Nerds candy. That's one of my favorites for staying hyped up as a go-fer and chauffeur on the 2022 midterm election campaign trail. The store looks like it needs a good cleaning, and some items were out of place in the aisles. However, the cashiers were welcoming, which earns the store 4 stars. It means a lot when the workers ask if you found everything okay and try to make conversation.

I did notice a hair product that I saw earlier at another location was cheaper than here & in a smaller quantity. The manager stated although same chain, some inventory & prices do fluctuate per location. At the end of the day, a wide variety of brand products less expensive than at the normal retail stores & generic products even cheaper.
