This store is very clean, organized, and well lit. I really enjoyed the customer service they offered. I was approached by a young lady who works there. She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Best customer service a store has offered in a long time! Also, sign up for their members card. Free bday gift emailed to you. (Likely $5-10 bucks) Also, 1 point for every dollar you spend. Usually, staff bombard you immediately upon entering which always makes me uncomfortable, and that didnt happen here. Staff were very friendly and were approachable but did not make us feel pressured at all or ask us too many questions, just made sure we knew they were available if needed and that there was a second story. A lot of the couches appeared to be really customizable and they do some price matching. I just didnt find exactly what I was looking for, but that has more to do with me being picky than their selection.
