I brought one inside through the front door, but the manager halted my progress, citing maintenance as the reason I couldn't use the cart. It's clear that shoppers must have the ability to carry their items by hand if they wish to purchase anything at Marshall's. How unfortunate for those who need a buggy to shop with. I've been seating in the parking lot for 15 minutes and they haven't even worked on one buggy, that's even more pathetic‼. They Whoever heard of taking all buggies out of service at one time‼

The only anchor stores that remain are JC Penney and Dillards; the rest are gone leaving only local stores and kiosks. Gone are my favorite stores: Caplan's, Weiss & Goldring, KB Drugs, and so many more. I don't see this mall being open in five more years, which saddens me.
