I am always hyper aware that I am being watched fairly closely when I'm in the store but today I overheard one of the sales associates complaining about a black man that was asking for him to unlock the cage for him to buy a product and him saying it's a privilege for them to even be here and when I asked for clarification of what was meant by that comment, I was just meant with a lot of performative confusion, but needless to say, I heard what I heard and will not be back. It's really sad to know that you think so little of the people who are your main patrons and it's actually a privilege to have us as customers.

They will be made into new fabrics and will not be used as a landfill. At Town Center the recycling bin is located on the ground level in the womens section. Great idea.

She scatters around trying to find her manager, says she can't find her and then ask for her three times on the walkie-talkie. FINALLY She answers. The employee doesn't even tell her our problem or that will be really quick or anything like that. all she says is, " there are two people at the front desk that want me to open the fitting rooms" the employee asked how many atoms we have in a bunch of that kind of stuff. And she says we have five minutes. Like yeah that's enough time but still! I usually love H&M, but this was the worst experience I've ever had there and that's not even all, when we're done a few minutes later we go up to check out and while we're checking out, the same lady that was at the front desk earlier, put the closed register sign up 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE. then when you're almost done, checking out, the manager comes up to the front desk and talk to the girl that was checking us out and talks to her about how she can't wait to leave. IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER! They had this review coming. If you're coming to H&M, I advise you to not come after eight
