Jon was the most patient thorough instructor of such courses I've ever had and the audiovisuals were superior to all prior. Bravo to this course and would recommend it over a re-cert and would highly recommend you seek out Jon as your instructor.

I've only ever been taught by Suzanne (who is awesome) but this time I had Frank. Education is this guy's true calling. So positive, so upbeat, so encouraging. I actually had a great time.

The only reason I am not giving the school five stars is that there were some technical difficulties getting the instructional videos to play.
