I wanted a spare key and fob for my Silverado. I called around and choose Skeltons because they are local and I like to support local small businesses. He had me come in a week later to get the key made and fob programmed to my truck. After waiting way too long to have a key made he finally ran out of blanks and failed to make a usable key. So I returned a week later to get the key made...I will add every time I set up a time to meet him at his store I had to call after I arrived as he was never there and I would have to wait for him to show up. So he finally handed me a key and I left. The next time I drove my truck (not my daily driver) the key fob failed to unlock my truck and when I tried the key, that worked to start the truck, it would not unlock the door. I was near the auto parts store and replaced the battery in the fob and was able to get in my truck. I contacted him and made arrangements to meet him at his store. I told him during this meeting that "if this thing is going to eat a battery per month I don't want it!" and he agreed by saying "yes sir". He couldn't make a new key as he ran out of blanks again. He told me to check later and he would replace the key. I contacted him a month later and he had the blanks and we set a time and day. He didn't show and I had to call him. This time instead of coming he stated he would come by my work later and make the new key. When he showed up I gave him the original key to copy and the key fob stating it failed again and I want a refund and I went back in to work. He called saying he finish. I went back out. He handed me the key and fob and said he replaced the battery and he jumped in his truck and left. Well the very next time I tried to use the key fob it was dead. At this point the key fob worked maybe 5 times and had 3 batteries in it. I called to arrange the return of the faulty product. He asked my name and a few minutes later he mumbled something I couldn't understand and hung up on me. Then would not answer the phone when I called back several times.

Teresa has a great eye for color and design. David was able to execute what we decided on and it looks better that what we'd envisioned. They both went above and beyond. A special thank you to David who, after the remodel was completed, he reinstalled a glass shower door on a weekend when a guest carelessly broke it. Amazing people! I've already recommended them to many others. I should say we spoke to three other contractors, two of whom showed up late or not at all for an estimate. The third, showed up and we discussed materials but never followed through with anything and wouldn't get back with us. I can only imagine what would happen if we had been stuck with any of them.

We found Teresa's Tile and Carpet. Without us having to be there, they went out to measure, offered their thoughts on luxury vinyl flooring for the family room and baths and carpet for the two bedrooms. They also suggested the colors for both. All work was completed on time. We were able to go visit in mid December, and to see the results for the first time. We were thrilled with not only the job they did, but the colors they recommended. We would highly recommend Teresa's Tile and Carpet to others and will be calling them again for future projects.

When we reported the issue, we also submitted a claims request for the damages. However, the company failed to respond to our claims. Our experience was upsetting, and the company's failure to respond to a reported problem and claims request is a major concern.

I had the three highest rated tree companies in my area out to my place for quotes. I needed four…read moretrees taken down but I wanted a quote for the absolute cheapest and then a quote for cleanup (in case I didn't want to do the extra work). BG was the first to call me back and the first to come out for a quote. The second two companies had somewhat reasonable quotes once they got back to me but BG blew their quotes out of the water. BG's quote was under half the price of the other two. I told BG initially to come out whenever to drop the trees (wasn't in a hurry) but later asked them if they could come out sooner. Brandon worked us into the schedule much sooner than planned. Once they arrived, the guys were professional and courteous. They humored my kids when they asked questions too! Brandon made sure the guys cut the stumps as close to the grass level as possible so I could still pull vehicles in the area. MUCH appreciated. Even though I told the guys they were welcome to drive through my crappy yard with their trucks (I honestly didn't mind), they couldn't (in good conscience) do it. When filling their chainsaws and equipment with gas/oil, they took them off the driveway without me asking to make sure not to leave any stains. BG sets the bar high for other tree service companies in the area. I've used others before but after this experience, I'll be sticking with BG.
