They were the ONLY company that returned my calls and emails, following through to fruition!! Easy Renovations immediately understood my strange request.  They were consistently prompt and professional! The start date was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time.  They arrived right on time on the first day and were ready to begin instantly!  They were nothing but professional, friendly and respectful as they worked!!  I NEVER had to ask them to clean up.  At the finish of each day, the project area was cleaned such that it looked like it did when they first came in, sometimes better!!!  When they had finished the project, it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned!!  It looked as if it was already part of the house!!!  I was truly impressed with all aspects of Easy Renovation's execution, from idea to completion!! Everyone was thorough and courteous throughout the project.  Many thanx, to Eric, Heberto, Kayla and all Easy Renovation employees who were a part of this wonderfully successful job!!

I had three estimates for the painting of my downstairs and hallway in my condo. I chose this…read morecompany based on the lower price I was given and the family atmosphere that I am comfortable with. Plus: They were fast, and were always in communication with me over what I needed done originally and when they had to return for some touch ups. Like I said above, the price was much lower than the competition and their scheduling fit my work schedule. Minus: This is where I hit some issues... 1. They were a bit sloppy with the clean up. The three times they were out to do the work, cleanup towels were left behind on the floor and general trash was left behind that I had to pick up (drink cans). These are big issues, but it's nice to come home after work is done and see a clean living space. 2. Originally they were to make repairs to the drywall, but on both occasions for the original work and the follow up these were not made. There were two spots that were to be addressed and even after I asked them to come back and make the repairs, they did not do so. 3. There were a few spots with paint "glob marks" and it is very obvious that it was done haphazardly when applied. More importantly, on my wall there is a small utility box and the way the paint was applied will force me to do it all over. It looks as if someone went around the box with a brush and let it dry, then painted around that area. You can see the different paint color and finish from across the room and is something that is very distracting to the eye. 4. I asked them to come back and make a few of the corrections, but for the most part the issues I wanted addressed were never done so. I even put tape on the places that needed to be redone and when I returned, the tape was still there and nothing was actually done. I would use this company again, but only because of the price. The work they did was great, but when you do some investigative work and look up close, you can see the problems. Some of the cosmetic issues are just that, cosmetic, but I know that someone who is more critical than I am would have never allowed these issues to remain. Note: I will upload pictures when I return home.

All cut lines were perfectly straight for ease of replacing the cutouts once the fireblock work was completed. The team worked very efficiently and paid full attention to detail. The finish work was equally impressive as they taped, spackled and sanded over two days, finishing and painting on the 3rd. The work was done so effectively and efficiently that you cannot tell that the walls were ever cut open including matching the existing paint perfectly. I plan to use Oscar for all projects in the future including some modifications needed in the master bedroom. I highly recommend OJC construction as their work is of the highest quality I've seen, including the original work done by the builder.

He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the roofing shingles he installs (Owens Corning) and very detailed on his installation procedures and how he backs his workmanship and his future availability to respond to any questions or problems. Problem is, once he completed our roof installation, he collected his check and despite my numerous attempts to contact him via telephone and email, he has completely ghosted us. The reason I needed to follow up with him is there are three elements of our contract he has yet to complete. My fault, I know better but I paid him before all the work was completed. Part of the contract was his obligation to file our warranty with Owens Corning. I called Owens Corning and they have no record of Jason filing the paperwork. I believe his roofing crew did a good job on my roof installation, but I'm very disappointed that he walked away without completing all elements of our contract and now refuses to return my calls or respond to my emails. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
