When I first met Daniel and Amy they were very nice. They gave me estimates on the things that I…read morewanted done. They came to my house couple of times the first time to deliver supplies and the second time to start to re-do my bathroom floor tile and ceiling. Twice they had excuses for why they didn't show up. When they did show up they mudded a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 hole in my ceiling but never finished it and pull my toilet and put it in the hallway on my carpet. Buyer beware because I was told by Daniel that they charge $45 an hour. Only to find out from my brother who handled the remodel, that they charge $90 an hour. So I had given them $800 via PayPal. I pulled one of my jobs which was deck staining but let them do my bathroom. They walked out on their job leaving my toilet in the hall. And I gave them $800 down payment and they refused to give me any money back. I don't know how they can justify $800 for the very little bit of work that they actually did. I think they charged $90 an hour for coming back-and-forth and talking on the phone and things like that. I requested $650 back and they refused. I will be taking them to court. If you use these people make sure you have everything written down the hourly rate. Had I known the hourly rate being $90, I would never have fired them in the first place. I've dealt with a lot of repair people and Renovation people. I have never never experienced anything like this. So be wary of hiring them because I know I lost $800 for Very very little work.

I was a repeat customer, requested quote for a small two-bedroom loft condo. Dan indicated he could…read moregive me "a good deal." I requested the same service as last time and was told, "I won't charge no more than $250, if we did the same thing. I explained to Dan that he did not have to move ANY furniture, no stains or difficult areas to clean, very easy job-only open areas need to be cleaned." He then quoted me $225. -Arrived 9:15am, departed 10:45am. Worked approximately one hour. -We did a complete walk through the condo to ensure Dan knew exactly what needed to be done. Dan asked me if I wanted the stairs cleaned. I replied, "Yes." Dan never mentioned he charges "extra" for stairs, not once during the walk through or by texting. He had every opportunity to do so and he chose not to. -Asked Dan if he could lightly run over the two small foyer rugs with the cleaner. He replied, "Yes." Never mentioned additional charge for rugs. -Never asked him to clean carpet tiles. He cleaned them anyway. -Upon check-out, Dan told me I owed him $300! He tried to shame me into believing he did me a favor in cleaning the carpet tiles and that he charges $75 for each flight of stairs. Dan tried to convince me that I got a "deal," because he was only charging me for one flight of stairs, not two. -I expressed my dismay and decided to pay Dan his requested $300, because I wanted to write this honest review. I didn't want the review to be about Dan arguing about price. -Dan did a sufficient job in cleaning my carpet, hence the two star review. -Use Dan if you would like your carpets cleaned. -LESSON LEARNED: Get everything in writing. Make Dan sign a contract on agreed price and work to be completed. He doesn't use contracts, but I would ask him for one.

They always seemed to have one excuse or another and are extremely unprofessional. Common cleaning tasks were not completed such as emptying trash cans, mopping or even cleaning windows. Consider another company for your commercial cleaning needs, this one stinks.

Unreliable & unprofessional!…read more Recommended by a friend who had used them before so I had high hopes. An employee came out in October and gave a decent quote for removal and stump grinding. Told them that timing wasn't critical as we were closing down the cottage for the season. Had some follow up communication to indicate that Miss Dig had been out and requested photos when the job was complete. Got confirmation that this would be done. Fast forward to the following May and the job was never completed! I texted the employee I originally dealt with and got no response. A few days later I called the main number and spoke to the owner (Myles). I explained the situation and he indicated that he had issues with the employee and seemed sincerely concerned that the job hadn't been scheduled or completed. He offered to come out that afternoon or the next day to look at the job to reassess. He never showed up and won't answer or return follow-up calls. Although I wouldn't be happy, I could at least respect them if they decided to decline the job and let me know. I was ghosted instead! Posting for my aunt. I hired this company to remove several…read moretrees from my property and even paid an additional $500 to have five stumps ground down. The tree removal itself was excellent, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. Despite taking my money for the stump grinding, the work has never been completed. I've made repeated attempts to contact them, but my calls have been completely ignored. At this point, it's clear they have no intention of honoring the agreement or even providing the courtesy of a response. Now I'm forced to pay someone else to finish a job I already paid this company to do. If you can't complete the work you were hired and paid to perform, you shouldn't be taking customers' money in the first place. I no longer want excuses--I want my $500 refunded so I can hire a company that actually follows through on its commitments. Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Patti P.
