This time, I hired them to do the carpets in my dad's house, they quoted me about $139 for four rooms, bill came for $236.95. They didn't mention the fuel charge, his living room was too big for their $35 quote for that room, they charged $75, charged an extra $50 for spot treatments and deodorizing that they never asked me about. Then I had them clean at my house (before I got that bill,) it was the day before they 4th, they were in and out in less than 45 minutes, did a piss poor job and basically said the carpet is old and we can't do anything about that. No, problem was that they were rushing in and out to get out and start their 4th of July celebrating.

Come to find out after speaking to the landlord, it was the same company that cleaned the carpets after the other tenant moved out. After they called me back I explained they did it originally and it still smelled like cat pee and they didn't even clean under the furniture in the living room. He was very rude and told me he couldn't talk to me about this and he would reach out to the landlord and call me back. 3 days later I had to call him because he didn't follow back up with me. He tells me he felt like he shouldn't have to redo the carpets or even touch up the spots that still smelt like cat pee because the house sat empty for a few months and how does he know an animal didn't get in there while it was empty. Give me a break! Half ass work in my opinion.
