I've been going to Fitssentials since February of 2013 and I love this place! The classes offered are challenging, but can also be adapted for all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, the classes can be tailored to suit your physical needs and goals. Plus, all the classes are super FUN!! You can always find so much positive energy flowing here both from the instructors and the students - it's contagious! All the instructors are very knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition, and they have had extreme success in helping both men and women achieve their health goals. I am a 47 year old woman who working out here 5 years ago. I not only lost 70 pounds and have a lot more energy, but I've made many great friends and my overall mental health has changed for the better. If you are thinking about stopping in, please do it. This is by far one of the best organized/grouped fitness gyms within the Bellevue area, i have had the pleasure of being apart of. Although majority of us are not family, it feels like you are apart of one after entering into this facility. I am military. With that responsibility comes loneliness and oftentimes lack of motivation to go to the gym. I was invited by a lunch workout partner to attend a dance class here. This class changed my life. The instructors are amazing and always ensuring we are executing the exercises using proper form while making the workouts fun and doable. You are guaranteed a great workout and motivation to continue to come back for more because of the results. If you have not visited your local gyms, i suggest you do so. This gym especially. Naviere and her amazing staff of trainers have quite literally saved my life. Fitssentials is so much more than just a fitness studio. It is a family. From the first time you step through the door you can feel the genuine care and support from the trainers and the class members. Everyone shares and celebrates each others' successes and are always their for a shoulder to lean on or with some words of encouragement through tough times. The staff is very attentive to your individual needs and are always willing to work with you to help find a modification to an exercise if you need it to help you achieve your success. I first met Naviere while she was teaching at another club sadly she left there but I made it a point to find out where she went because she taught one of the best classes I ever took. When I found her at her own fitness studio FITssentials I had no hesitations for joining. This is the best place to get your sweat on, have fun doing it and be with people that care about you like family. Fitssentials instructors present/demonstrate different levels of exercise for different levels of fitness while making sure you perform the exercise correctly. From the Z-Camp program that provides advice, nutrition, recipes, a lot of encouragement and many different fun and challenging exercise classes to Yoga, HIIT, Total Body...they have something for everybody.
