And this is only my latest experience with this worthless customer service department. All in the effort to exercise at a place where machines break down and lockers dont lock.

They will continue to build a balance and then send it to collections. They had been sending mine to the wrong address for a better part of a year. Spoke to someone from renegade who basically said "oops" you still owe that money. Absolutely awful. Please I beg you to stay away at all costs. Build a home gym.

Just Google search the names of the coaches working with your kids, especially those not listed on their Facebook or website, let's just chalk it up to "They forgot to do background checks" keep the kids safe. I would guess that there were 6 or 7 bikes with 1 or 2 not working well or out of service. Since the recent equipment upgrade, there are only 2 basic upright bikes, and one has been out of service 2 times since installation. I am age 70, in recovery mode indefiniately, with nerve issues affecting my lower body (neuropothy), and hip trouble. Non-weight-bearing excercise is what I (and others) need. We simply want to remain mobile by hopping on the bike for 30 minutes or so and keep blood flowing to our lower extremities. Treadmill is not the answer and recumbent bikes are not comfortable for the hip. The Norwich location needs more upright bikes. Most staff that I have spoken to agree.

I am not flexible and the instructors make sure that I always have something to work on, even if everyone else in the class is doing something that requires more flexibility than I am capable of. They are trans friendly (I was mid transition when I started and they willingly adapted to my name/pronoun change) and welcoming towards all body shapes and skill levels. The only thing I would like to point out for people searching for silks classes is that the ceilings are not very high, so if you are at the skill level that you are learning drops, you will be unable to do those here. Other than that, the aerial slings class is great. The studio also adapted fluidly to the state restrictions as a result of the pandemic. There are a plethora of online classes at reasonable times and they cover a variety of topics, from stretching, to strength, to various levels of dance. Additionally, they are very affordable. If you are looking for a different kind of work out, or a unique way to use your body, I would recommend trying out this studio.

I have taken a number of Cheryl's classes too. She has a dynamite style, always encouraging. Helen teaches Yoga Tune Up. If you have not taken this type of class before it is a must. Those little tune up balls get into every nook and cranny helping to work out oohs and ahhs you didn't even know you had. And Helen is fab, positive, encouraging, eager to laugh.
