Tough times through the pandemic did not stop the BodySmart team from keeping their members fitness a top priority. They loaned out equipment and offered classes and personal training over Zoom. Chris, the owner, provided workout videos that you could do at home at your convenience. When gyms reopened, the BS team followed all regulations and we all felt very safe. Annie and Chris are rock star trainers. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We just started a challenge called 50 Strong to really get back in shape after the Covid mess.
