I went one time for a day a couple months ago and then was called by a staff member repeatedly asking me to come back and offering me a 7 day pass. I used the link and registered getting the pass. When I finally took the time to come in I was told i couldn't use the 7 day pass since I was already in their system. But they would happily take my money for a day pass. Wasted my time. And time is precious! I would find another gym as their customer service is ran by a bunch of teenagers that does t understand the method of customer service. read more

Complete scam. They hook you in with low prices to rob you with hidden fees down the line. Also, disgustingly dirty equipment and bathroom.

WORST GYM EVER. SCAMMER charged me 135$ when i cancelled . really dumb. makes no sense worst gym ever, go to crunch better.

Customer service issues. First time I went at night nobody had the courtesy to let me know they close at 9, and turn off the lights instead of coming and tell me it was time to close. Training was good, but trainers are always late . Last class was never given to me because they fired Carlos and instead of credit that money back , they kept the money . I cancel the membership for the horrible customer service and they charged me another $60 for cancelling The $70 for the class they kept and I never saw a credit for my last class . Management is awful Do not teach the team customer service is what pay their checks. Horrible Experience! They tell you to give. A 5 star review to give you a training class. read more

I have tried and tried and tried to overlook this gyms shortcomings since it's in my neighborhood but at this point I simply can't. The gym is PACKED ALL THE TIME. The wait for equipment is nearly an hour. There are only 4 staitsteppers and people reset their time to stay on so you can never find one open. People sit on the equipment while on their phones for extended periods of time. The staff of EXTREMELY young and untrained. The personal training staff show up late as well as come and go so if you buy packages of sessions you get screwed out of sessions when they leave. Recently they have cancelled ALL of their classes to make room for their "upgraded" area with posing area which of course is an additional fee to access. All because this gym is so heavily over sold! It's simply impossible to get a decent workout and let's not talk about it constantly being closed past opening hours in the morning! Staff just doesn't show up to open the gym.... REGULARLY!! It's lost ALL of the benefits I joined for in the first place. I DO NOT recommend this gym to ANYONE wanting a serious workout. It just has way to many problems from management on down. It's odd to me that on their website they have 4.9 yet on yelp they have only 3.7. Sorry but I don't think their website has real reviews from real customers actually using the gym daily! Check-in at the front desk was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly! I went for a quick 4 mile run over the weekend. The treadmill area can get a little busy at times, but most people only use it for 15 minutes, so it's not too bad overall. read more

They scammed people about the "premium" lifetime membership. They completely changed all the benefits after the remodel & moved everything to a section that requires more money! Leaving the lifetime members with barely any equipment. I completely regret doing business with these scam artist! They have no interest on helping their customers out & just want more money. Sometimes managing responsibility is poor. At this time 2:40 PM, March 17. The music is loud. It's particularly loud in the Cardio area or a treadmills and elliptical machines are located. The genre is nerve-racking for some of us older Gym members. The biggest part is really overall volume. Certain pounding beats make it nearly impossible to listen to our own headphones playing whatever we're listening to. I think most people have their own headset. Why would the music be loud enough that it's difficult to hear what we're listening to? It seems like it would be universal to have very low background music. People who don't have rehearsal headset could still hear it if they really liked it. Other people who prefer educational or relaxing music or whatever we'd be able to hear on your own personal devices without turning it up so loud as to be damaging to the ears. read more

The overall experience was good. However, some classes like Pilates and Yoga are in the weekday morning and it is not conveninent for working people like me as I cannot attend. I saw a post 2 year ago mentioning about this but there has not been solution. Also, some people work out in group and stand at the machines talking so it really hold off the workout. My experience is 0. Filed a complaint with the BBB. If i don't get a resolution im writing to CDCA and to CAGO. I can't believe how hard is to cancel. Plus getting charged annual fee after canceling. I never knew gums can charge annual fee other than monthly fee. Plus staff is rude and when i was making my complaint they were laughing at me. read more

Poor parking... good luck to find parking. Poor customer service... put 30 days notice, charged me for 2 months. I had to called, explain, provide details, pictures... like they don't have access in their system. Facility is packed to full capacity with 90% guys. If you are a young girl, very uncomfortable. Never again with this gym. Availability of equipment is a 40 minutes wait. Hours of operation is poor... do not come to this place! read more

This review is not about the equipment, but about the business practices. I had a very specific need to get in shape for a hike with a gnarly elevation gain. I wanted to use the stairclimber. I stopped by yesterday and asked whether it was possible to join for just a month. "Mason" said yes, Then this morning I called to verify that I was only obligated to belong for a month...I could quit anytime and the monthly cost was $29. I needed to give a month's notice if I was going to quit. So, I suited up and went to Fitness 19. Once I got there, I found out from Mason about the "fine print." Yes, I could quit after a month, but at that point I would be IMMEDIATELY locked out and unable to visit the gym. If I wanted to use the gym for just a month I would have to pay for two months! So, if you join on the monthly program and stay for 12 months, for example, you have to quit at Month 12 and pay for Month 13, even though you can't use the gym in Month 13. And you have to give them a bank debit card, so you can't simply cancel the credit card use. I know gyms are notorious for making it easy to join and hard to quit. But, that doesn't make it right. I feel that Mason knew, or should have known, what I was asking before I showed up at the gym. I only discovered the fine print after my credit card was hovering over the charge machine. So, I said "no thanks," and left. This sounds like an episode of the song "Hotel California." "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. read more

I am impressed with the new improvements to keep this place feeling clean and new! The mens sauna got recently modeled after my two years stay here! And also ive seen the gym being cleaned everytime im working out which is reassuring to my health and every member here especially during covid times! So thank you management! Always dirty, always busy, and insensitive to customer needs! It's unfortunate this is one of the only gyms in Morgan hill. Women's bathroom was closed for over 45 mins at 7:15am. I finished my workout and wanted a quick shower before work and was surprised to find out they would be closed for another 25 mins according to the man cleaning them. Not sure why they take so long when they bathroom are always a mess. The gym hours are awful and make it hard if you have a full time job. Can someone please open up another gym in Morgan Hill it is desperately needed! read more

Employees Mason, Jerry, Izzy, Zach, Caleb and Justin are a All Star A-Team that makes the gym what all gyms should be. Customer Service is #1 as soon as you walk into the gym and you're greeted by your first name. Cleaning is continuous all day, from employee wiping down the weights to garbage being emptied. Solid gym great community never had any issues until cancelling my membership. Nothing even drastic just moved away, I called and set it up, to my surprise still getting charged 4 months down the line. It was mentioned that they had notes of cancellation but never went through. If you have notes should that not be enough to cancel if someone is asking for it? Also for those months being charged I was not attending that gym at all. Was handled poorly, did not get reimbursed.
