When I initially joined in 2023, the pool was maintained (i.e., chlorine level testing, dirt…read moreremoval at the bottom of the pool, etc.) But now, there is no maintenance at all, and an uncomfortable number of spiders in the water. AND there was a wooly looking creature that I have no idea what it was, but it was disgusting. They increased the membership dues and stopped cleaning. I'm not sure how that works, but I guess this is how they roll these days. There is supposed to be three lap lanes, but the lane dividers are old, and one is missing altogether. At one point I was told that new lane dividers were ordered and would be installed next Tuesday. Well, here we are months later and many Tuesdays later, and still, no new lane dividers and one still missing. The reasoning is that there are "missing products", and they're busy and haven't been able to find the time? Like, wait, what? I don't even know what to do with that. Can someone please explain to me what that means?? Like, I'm a three-year-old.

I can't recommend Adam highly enough. After years of weight training on my own, I had developed…read moresome bad lifting habits that contributed to chronic back and shoulder pain. Adam helped me correct my technique, rehabilitate those areas, and ultimately get rid of the chronic pain I had been dealing with. In the process, I gained 5 lbs of lean muscle mass while losing body fat. I learned more about proper lifting, technique, and training from Adam in one year than I had in all my previous years of training on my own. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and it was invaluable training with someone who has truly "been there, done that" when it comes to weightlifting and physique competitions. If you're serious about improving your training in any capacity, breaking bad habits, and getting results, Adam is the man and the best trainer I've ever worked with. I wish I could have hired him 20 years ago. Thanks Adam!

New to the area, around 6 months ago, I set out to find not only a gym but also a community of…read morelike-minded people. After trying several gyms in the area, I HIGHLY recommend The Loop Fitness. Not only are they full of warm, friendly, and down to earth people, but they also provided the best fitness experience in terms of coaching, professionalism, and overall excellence. Not naming names, but other gyms I tried just pointed to the board to indicate the warmup and the coach spent the whole class rolling out vs actually coaching. From the coaching to the programming, from the facility (the gym is ALWAYS clean which is no small feat) to community engagement, and class experience, Mitch, the owner of The Loop, makes it clear that he is committed to constantly improving for the sake of his clients and community. Give them a shot!

I live in Arizona but spend about 3 months out of the year in Lake Stevens. Every time I walk in the door I'm greeted with genuine smiles, happy to welcome me back (from both the staff and the members) My favorite thing about the Loop is the excellent coaching and explanation before a workout begins. They breakdown the moves we'll be doing so even a beginner can grasp the concept and not feel overwhelmed or discouraged because they don't fluently speak CrossFit. The workouts are designed to leave you feeling challenged and accomplished with both strength and cardio elements built in. I leave feeling strong and energized. If you're on the fence about visiting, don't be. Take the plunge, you won't regret it and you're guaranteed to leave better than you arrived.

AMAZING! I cannot express how knowledgeable and caring the staff are at Engineered Sports Therapy…read more I originally chose EST because of a MCL tear and because a friend referred me to them, letting me know that I would be very well cared for. They go far beyond that and honestly do it all. I came for an injury and now that I have recovered in record time, I have become a client for sports training. Even while I was going for physical therapy for my knee injury, they didn't just focus their efforts on healing my knee. Each time I went in I was given a performance nutrition supplement (ask them about it and they will explain to you what it is and how it works with your body and performance), I was sent to a strength coach (not at risk of losing muscle while my knee recovers), and I am sent home with a protein shake and a high-five. This place is energizing and each trainer/physical therapist truly cares about the outcome of their clients. Just look at the wall when you enter and you will see how important their clients are to them. Other important notes: -The facility is large and very well equipped for both therapy and training/conditioning. -You are constantly challenged in new ways (new daily workouts, incorporating different types of fitness or therapy techniques into your workout, trying new machines, new ways of using various equipment). I don't think I've ever had the exact same workout twice. -Client age ranges are vast, from middle school teens to senior citizens. EST will meet you where your physical limitations are. They can move slow and easy for those who need slower recovery or training, or they can pick up the pace and push you to new levels! -EST is far better than any gym membership. I am moving soon and I fear I will never find a place like it. Engineered Sports Therapy is best for: -anyone needing physical therapy regardless of prior physical activity experience -athletes- training is very intense and will push you to new levels while keeping you injury free -teens needing extra training for high school sports -collegiate athletes- training during the summer. I have seen collegiate athletes working through their binders of summer training with coaches here. -anyone looking for a new and fun way to stay fit I hope you find this place as wonderful as I have. Thanks to all the amazing staff: Lance, Bob, Nick, Jay, Tori, JV, Bryson, Tim, Brenna. Me: I am a 30-year-old female athlete with a background in higher education and sports management.

When someone is actively trying to become a patient, I don't think they should have to chase a business. The lack of follow-through gave me the impression that they either did not need or were not particularly interested in my business, so I moved on and started looking for another physical therapy provider. I can't speak to the quality of their therapists or treatment because I never received care there. My 1-star rating is based entirely on my experience trying to become a new patient and the lack of follow-up.
