She is a skilled healer, full of information, wisdom, and compassion. Although the workshop was focused (no pun intended) on the eyes, the day stressed the importance of regulating the nervous system and the connection of relaxation to eye care and health. We did a lot of fun exercises including a short hike, working with art materials (with eyes closed), breathing, movement exercises, noticing nature, and more.
