Have not visited the gym, but did try to be a customer of their webiste (they sell cross fit apparel). I like the style / quality of the clothing, but wow, the customer experience was horrible. For the record, until now, I have never written a negative review on Yelp or anywhere in my life. We had an issue, yes, the post office misplaced the goods for about 10 days. Fiternity refused to help me solve the problem, wouldn't meet me in the middle at all. Then when the item finally showed up, it was way too big, and Blake's wife sent a scathing email calling me an "epic" customer because I didn't understand the sizing information on their website. On the website it says "unisex" sizing, but the order confirmation said "women's small". So which was right? No customer should be called names, EVER. Can't recommend these people at all. They may be athletes, who knows, but business people they are not. read more
