We asked John to talk with them and assist us in obtaining the proper connection. He was calm, knowledgeable and patient. We recommend Blue Tusk for their service and help. A few years ago we purchased a computer from them. It has performed very well and if it ever dies, we will go there for a replacement.

Also, the battery was dying and it's very difficult to get a new battery for a computer this old. I started searching to see if I could get a second opinion and I found Nerdchickk. We texted back-and-forth and she offered to come to the house to take a look at it. She worked on it for 2 1/2 hours trying to change the drivers she charged me $80 and she said there's nothing really that I could do. She told me that I could trade in my computer and get more money. So I'm going to bring her back just to upload all the information from my laptop to a thumb drive [because I don't trust myself to do it] and I'm willing to pay her to do it, because I feel she is very competent. Even though he ran into a few unexpected issues, he still fixed it quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Compared to Geek Squad, this was faster, more affordable, and much more personal. When I was in a total panic, Quinten was calm and reassuring. I'll never go anywhere else--Quinten is the best!"

Coming here was the best decision. I would definitely recommend this place.
