Stretching area was messy, as was the weight room. I had to unrack weights on two machines, and it took me a while to find a bar. The tanning beds are out of the 90's too. They also seemed to have the heat on, or it was just really hot in there, which made working out an extra sweaty mess. Despite the fact that they have a lot of equipment, I was there for two hours and never got a squat rack. People there use those for just about everything and they wait a long time between sets, and of course there friend is always next in line, so if you are doing leg day make sure its when its almost empty. I wouldn't return. There are better gyms in the area that don't have these issues

There is an indoor play area for kids of different ages with slides and places to climb. Change rooms for men and for women are renovated and look very nice. Unfortunately family change room needs the renovation as it is really outdated. Overall it's a really happening place in Cobourg for all family members with difference programs and events.
