He truly cares about his clients success and isn't there just for the money. He goes out of his way to keep each workout challenging and different so you aren't bored. Definitely the motivation I've been needing. I have personally seen fantastic results in two short months of working with Pete. If you follow his recommendations on nutrition and exercise it will work for you. Aside from the above comments, the atmosphere is very friendly. I have not once felt intimidated to go workout. The other trainers are very friendly and all of the clients are friendly as well and support each other in their success. The joint is a repurposed shop. Giant garage doors, open floor plan and mirrors and rope lights. It's definitely not a super fancy joint, but we came here to shred, not for the ambiance. Anita is a pretty good spin instructor. She definitely keeps it interesting. Always positive which in turn makes the whole class super upbeat and happy.
