It's a large warehouse filled with gym equipment and weights, office desks and gaming chairs and sooo much more. It's like an indoor swap meet. Metal olympic weights are $1 per pound which is so much cheaper. I will definitely be back to pickup a few more things. The staff are friendly and fast. After my purchase, I'm instructed to pull up to their front door where their staff will forklift whatever heavy items to you.

My 18-year-old Landice treadmill finally died on me. So as I was in the market for a new treadmill…read more I'd actually purchased my old treadmill from Fitness Unlimited "back in the day". And while I did shop around online and visited a few other stores, I also decided to stop in to fitness Unlimited to see what they had. While the store has an overall modest footprint, they have an pretty decent selection of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bikes, rowers, etc. Mr. Andy, the store manager, couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain to me the various aspects of different treadmills and ellipticals. I was curious about the rowers, but ultimately decided against those. Ultimately, Mr. Andy offered what I thought was a good deal on a high-quality treadmill. He also arranged a convenient time for the treadmill to be delivered and installed. I should also note that the gentleman who delivered install the treadmill were fantastic. They got my old treadmill down from the third floor, and installed the new one (back up to the third-floor), in less than 45 minutes. It was extremely impressive. So, I would recommend Fitness unlimited, and Mr. Eddie, without reservation. I would absolutely recommend you at least visit there before making a purchase elsewhere, as I suspect you would find pretty comparable prices. And certainly outstanding service.

So I did some research and settled on PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells as the solution, and proceeded to check out a few stores in Houston that carried them. The sales guy at the first store only showed me the lightest model they carry which, at the rate I'm going, I felt that I would outgrow in about a year or less. He then proceeded to tell me that most women don't want to get too bulky so I should probably stick with the lower weights / higher reps. The leanest, strongest women I know are not "bulky" and they lift heavier than the highest weight load on the model he was pushing. So, yeah, I wasn't super into hearing the crap he was trying to sell me. Second place didn't have what I wanted either, and I finally ended up at Fitness Unlimited feeling ready to give up. Glad I stopped in here because Andy was super helpful and encouraging and showed me what I was actually looking for -- a set of PB's that went up to a respectable weight, with the option to purchase heavier expansion packs down the road. He didn't once make me feel like I was buying "too much" or that I should be looking at anything lower. I have used these dumbbells quite a bit since purchasing them, and I couldn't be happier! They are heavy enough to where I don't have to worry about out-growing them, while also giving me the opportunity to start lifting heavier once I get stronger. If I ever do need the expansion weights I'll definitely hit up this place again.

Absolutely love this place for all my fitness essentials. They have weights , mats , squat bars ,…read moreweighed ropes , dumbbells ..and much much more. Not only that but they are absolutely cheaper than other places that sell these items. The dumbbells I bought were .74cents a pound ! That's so much cheaper than academy and Walmart. The quality of the weights is also great! They have a showroom where you can see what they offer with the prices , then you go inside place your order and they are load your paid items to your vehicle. I've purchased all my weights here and will be back for more weights and gear to meet my personal goals. They absolutely have the best prices around! You can't go wrong with trying them out. The place is a little hard to find , you have to go around the buildings to find it but if you call they can also help you out. Kinda looks like a warehouse and the have a big sign out front.

The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, always helping with form and making sure you get the most out of the workout. I also love that the workouts are low-impact but still challenging--you leave feeling stronger without feeling worn down. We even had a $15 vitamin B shot the was offered by one of their sponsors . Owner Hanh gave us a personal tour and introduction of the business and how Jennifer Aniston became the spokesperson for it when her back was injured and she secretly did Pvolve to get back her core into shape. The studio and items are cleaned between participants and they have 30 max in a class . This location is easy to get to on 2nd floor next to Randalls and plenty of parking in front. They even have an intro special 3 for $36 to try out the classes . Worth a look!!

This place will then tell you they will call you when they get a response, but they won't even do that. You are forced to reach out to them and check and that's just sad it even comes to that. There are always at least 2 people manning the counter and they still can't seem to do even the basics correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to a real gun store if you're looking for actual service and people who actually know how to communicate. How this place is still around is beyond me.
