She trains out of Fit 4 Life in downtown Lawton and occasionally off site locations (like the park and high school track). I have worked out for many years and I found Mandy's positive personality and energy to help MY motivation. She has been involved in fitness for many years and has a strong background in gymnastics. Her boot camps are held M, W, F. The classes were absolutely phenomenal. Workouts could help the most fit or be tailored to help the least fit (or injured). Mandy is also a Beachbody coach and does nutritional counseling. She is not only an outstanding fitness professional, but also an inspiring coach and mentor. Her prices are also VERY reasonable! If I lived in Lawton again, I would undoubtedly return to work with Mandy!

You can't…read morejust go there because they keep their doors locked and if you're lucky enough to catch somebody that actually works there at the front desk no one will answer or open the door so if you try to call they will see it ringing but won't answer it or they will just disconnect there number completely. it's almost like they use that place for colt activities cuz no one ever goes their it's empty 24-7 but you wonder how are they paying the bills....i been try to go in there for over 3 months now and there is no way to talk to anyone or get in or even become a member to use the gym. Predatory business that lies to your face!…read more My elderly parents signed up for a membership which they stopped using years ago because of their advanced age. We discovered that Planet Fitness had continued charging them the entire time. Close to 10 years for people in their 70-80's, and no one bothered to reach out to them. They just kept sucking money from their account. My mom passed away on March 6th, and I learned about this disgusting practice as we were digging through my folks bank statements. So I drove to the Lawton Planet Fitness as I was grieving her death because they would only help me in person. I arrived and talk to someone at the front desk. They went and talk to their manager to make sure that both accounts were closed, and to see about getting some sort of refund for all of those years of their never being able to even use the gym because of their advanced age and health. This Planet Fitness refused to do. What I was told that they would do was immediately cancel both memberships and refund their yearly renewal which had just taken place, albeit not even the month that the yearly renewal had taken place. On March 12th, I flew back to Baton Rouge believing at least some of this mess was taken care of. This did not happen. No refund has ever hit their bank account, and on March 20th they were each once again billed for a monthly membership, including my deceased mother! Do not use these disgusting scam artists! They will lie, cheat, and steal their way into your bank account, and NEVER leave! Even when you DIE!

There are tvs as well as some other cardio equipment. The weight room had an array of Nautilus equipment and adequate amount of free weights. The facility appeared clean and I am told tanning is free with membership. I noticed a sign for personal training offered for an additional fee. If I lived in Elgin, I would likely join Pride Fitness.
