Unfortunately with COVID-19 ruining everyone's life my home Planet Fitness is closed... Transferring seems like an easy thing to do if your gym is open and you can call and get them to send your info over.... however that is not the case for me. I went to this location and was amazed by how clean and tidy it was. The bathrooms and everything are well kept and 10x cleaner than I am used to back home. I am beyond excited to workout at this new location. Not only am I extremely impressed with the facility itself, I am blown away by the kindness and outstanding customer service. Upset about not being able to transfer I frantically called this location in hopes they could help. The extremely helpful Samantha told me that they couldn't transfer me until my California location opens. HOWEVER, I could sign an "out of town form" and still workout. Also she let me know that they would not be charging me a penalty fee due to the circumstances... I LOVE THEM ALREADY!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for being such an organized and friendly gym.
