I love love love this gym!!!!! I have never been more…read morecomfortable at a gym, I'm a big girl and very self conscious, and this is the first time I have learned to use more then just the treadmills and the ellipticals. They are all very helpful & encourage me to do things I never thought I could to do. In just 2 wks I have dropped 10lbs and a whole inch off all of my measurements. I'm tightening up and not afraid of the weights anymore. I am using their trainers to my advantage if your debating which gym to go to this is the gym to sign up with, set up a time with one of their trainers they are all very nice and helpful no matter your size or skill level. I'm excited to see where my body will be by the end of summer. I even went and seen the massage therapist for the first time this week and Lonnie knows what he is doing he helped stretch me out, i have a couple herniated disc and sciatica, and he was the first person to get my legs to stop falling asleep, while working out. This is my forever gym!!!

I honestly think it's not even a gym for the public they might just be using it as a front for something else.....I never seen anything like this before...that's how bad it is just trying to get in the door don't even waist your time goin here there is no point..they people that are member witch is hardly any, had there membership for over 5 years so they had it before the changes and they even said they nvr see anyone working there and when they do go it's like they are the only ones with a membership it's almost like they let 1 person in at a time in the building.....in other words this place is horrible

Addendum: Okay, I tried the "be the change" thing and went around just MAKING people engage (if very briefly, we're here to work out after all). They have lots of top rope routes (with the harnesses) and a lot of bouldering walls and routes, too. They have all sorts of difficulty levels as well. The staff here is super friendly, especially the manager, who oriented us and belay trained us! Would highly recommend to just check it out if you are even remotely interested in climbing.
