There is a food cooler to purchase healthy meals and snacks from. However, you might need to take a machine wipe to the tables because they're sometimes dirty. Parking is plenty, and the locker rooms are always clean enough. The water fountains are not very good and they sometimes are cold and sometimes room temp. Bring your own water to avoid this. Lots of activities and amenities included. I suggest trying a day for free and experiencing it yourself!

There *is* a ton of equipment, but nothing has been cleaned in a long time. The people I saw working out there (and working there) didn't seem to be enjoying themselves very much. It was creepy. I went there to tour recently, thinking about joining, and the only way I could get in was a member came through with a fob and let me in. There was nobody at the front desk to see me trying to get in, and no instructions on the door on how to enter as someone who isn't a member yet. The "nobody at the front desk" problem continued -- I wandered around looking for someone who worked there to answer my questions, and there was nobody but a guy who appeared to be repairing a machine. He noticed me wandering around, and I told him why I was there and he went and got the person -- singular, the ONE -- person who was working there, and she showed me around in a very half-assed fashion. I cannot overstate how dark this place is. The walls are all painted black, and it feels like the gym on the Death Star. Only smaller. And dirtier. And less friendly. The place is open 24/7, but only staffed for half of that time; I think I'd be scared to go there in the "off" hours. I noped right out of there. Nope.

When I asked the front desk employee about tanning, she seemed bothered by my questions and was not very welcoming. After checking in, I was directed to the tanning booth. As I walked over, I noticed a homeless man sleeping on a sofa right next to the tanning area. This made me uncomfortable, and after I finished tanning, I left. A couple of weeks later, I emailed the gym to cancel my membership. I received a response from the Assistant Manager, Marcus, who asked me to come in for a tour of the facility. He also assured me that allowing homeless individuals to sleep inside the gym was against company policy. I replied and explained that my weekdays were tied up with work, but if he could provide a few dates and times, I would try to arrange a visit. Unfortunately, I never received a response. When I later called to cancel my membership, I was informed that I would still be charged for two additional months, as well as the annual fee, because it was stated in the membership agreement. This was frustrating, especially considering I had only visited the facility once. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location. The exterior lighting is poor, the staff was unapproachable, communication was lacking, and the cancellation process was disappointing.
