Then COVID hit - all the events were cancelled, and unfortunately we can not use the dress. We got a letter yesterday from them giving us three options - pay off and pick up the dress (they did offer a 20% discount with that option), pay $50 a month till it was paid off, or "forfeit" my deposit and they will put the dress back on the rack for sale. Since they will be putting it back for sale - at the full price - I asked for a refund of my deposit, and was told no. So, I guess that $130. is just going to pad their profit on that particular dress. It's not a good way to do business, and they've lost a customer that has bought from them in the past. They have the big fish in a small pond mentality, so they feel they can treat people any way they want to. Nice dresses don't erase good customer relations

I needed a pair a dress pants tailored to fit like my favorite pair of pants. He did such a spot on job that I couldn't tell the difference between the pants when I was wearing them. The hem had come undone on one of my dress pant legs and he fixed it on the spot in less than 5 minutes. I've tried other tailors in bigger cities and I've had to pay far more for lesser quality of work. Give Plaza Dry Cleaners a go.

The woman there argued with me about how much she took it in, but offered to have it done that day. I came back 2 hours later to pick up my dress, and it still was not taken in how it needed to be. When I expressed this, she told me I was "being ridiculous and she had no time." When I reminded her that I was a paying customer and that I would take my business elsewhere, she said "Good, I hope you do." I left the store in tears - I have never experienced such TERRIBLE service in my entire life. You don't get to tell someone they're being ridiculous when they've trusted you with a very important and expensive article of clothing. Do not take anything to this business.

The owner (or the guy running the shop) is very nice and personable and it seems like he aims to…read moreplease, but the last time i went to get my pants hemmed will be the last time i go. not only are they more expensive than local competitors, but when i went to pick up the pants on the agreed-upon date, the other older gentleman also there helping could not find them for anything. finally the guy running the shop came to help and said that they were placed in the wrong spot. so all he'd done thus far was taken out the seams and they were absolutely not ready. i asked for them back and will be taking them to my regular tailor. i'm sure there are more terrible places than this place, but the quality has been pretty hit or miss and i'd rather just not deal with it. if i make time in my schedule to give my business to a place, i want to know that i'm going to get what i'm expecting and paying for.
