Fit Camp is a great place to work out and get in shape! Jessica and Adam really helped bring up my spirits when I got discouraged and I really appreciate that. All the trainers are great and provide accommodations if you have an injury! The meal plan that was provided was easy to follow. I knew Adam from a previous gym and I knew he owned Fit Camp, so when I was ready to lose weight, I walked in to get pricing and see the new gym. I immediately signed up for the Fit in Six program and started the following Monday. I was given all the tools I needed to be successful in my weight loss journey. Adam and the other employees were very kind and welcoming, as well as the other members of the gym. The workouts were specifically designed for the members in each class. I work out 5 days a week and followed a meal plan and list 10% of my body weight in six weeks. Let me start by saying Adam & Jessica have built something pretty amazing. I am going on my 3rd week of the Fit in Six program and I feel great. Have lost a little over 6lbs in 2 weeks but more than that, I feel healthier and stronger than I have in awhile. Adam & Sandra are motivating trainers and their workouts offer a wide array of exercises to help you get into shape and build muscle. Plus every time it's a new workout, you won't get bored. It doesn't matter your fitness level, these guys are highly trained and knowledgable and will modify any exercise to help you succeed. I started my Fit in Six challenge June 5. I knew I had to do something to keep me accountable so I could lose weight and get healthy for my upcoming wedding in March. I was scared to do it because I've done something similar before and it was hard. The meal plan is SO simple and doable!!! You can go out to eat and not feel socially isolated because you are on a strict diet! It's amazing! The workouts are amazing!!!! I feel so much stronger and healthier in just the 6 weeks I've been doing it!! I had my final weigh in on July 17 and I ended up losing 23.6 lbs!!! I've been coming here for about three months now and I'm hooked! The trainers are all great, friendly, motivating and it's a GREAT workout! All the members are also very friendly and motivating. I absolutely love this place! I spent a good 6 months researching a camp that would be the best fit for me. I have tried almost every boot camp in Rancho Cucamonga. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I decided I would give it a try. I thought it would be like the others. I liked them, but it didn't feel "like home". However, when I tried FitCamp, I realized that I had found a place that I could call "home". What I love about FitCamp is that everyone is friendly, it a cozy environment, and the workout is amazing. Plus, what I really like is that they pay attention to form and make needed corrections to ensure your workout is beneficial and successful. I tried the 4 week challenge, and it was a great experience. The diet plan was reasonable and sustainable. I did not starve, but I was still losing the pounds. At first I was in denial and thought this was a girl class... My wife finally convinced me to try it. It is a workout like nothing else I have ever done before. You do a lot of cardio and strength training. I've seen a lot of transformation with people in the class and how happy people get with the results. I have always went to 24hr fitness and thought that was a workout. After going to fit camp I'll never go back to 24hr fitness. I have lost inches, and weight. Highly recommend!!! read more

I just finished my "Fit in six" challenge and couldn't be happier. I have lost 22lbs in 6 weeks. If you follow the program, working out and eating, you will be successful. I have done challenges before and This was, by far, the hardest challenge for me, but with the help of great trainers, I was successful. Very unprofessional people , they might help you to lose weight but they will steal your money ! The contract of pay upfront - lose the weight - and get your money back is a Fraud ! My husband did it for 6 weeks , lost over 20 # , was used for advertising, to late have to chase his money for almost two months and will not get it back since the owners stated that they will not write the check . $399 dollars is not a lot of money , but is not the money is about honor and this people did NOT honor their word, nor the contract. And made us believe for two months that payment was coming our way . We will go to the newspapers and all blogs we can find to alert others to not be victims of this play , you can lose weight and get fit at any other place , don't give this people your trust, time , nor money ! I love fit camp! I started here a few months ago and I did their fit in six program and I lost 20 pounds in six weeks! The trainers here are awesome. Adam is my favorite one. He pushes you and doesn't let you quit and Jessica at the front desk is always helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. This camp is amazing! I'm currently in my 3rd week of fit in six and I'm already down over 11 pounds. Jessica and Adam have done an amazing job creating a meal plan and a workout that caters to everyone's needs. My fitness level when I started was very low. In 3 weeks I already feel the difference in my fitness level. I'm stronger and my stamina has increased greatly. All of the trainers are very supportive and encouraging. Adam pushing me to want to work harder. Ray has encouraged me to try things that I never thought I could do. All of the Fit Camp members I've worked out with have all been friendly and encouraging. This gym is wonderful. The boot camp workouts will definitely whip you in shape. They offer a variety of programs to fit your needs. They treat you with respect and like a friend, not like a number. I love this place! The trainers are positive and motivating. They are also really knowledgeable. I was having lower back pain after some of the workouts and one of the trainers taught me how to stretch out my back properly. The trainer also told me that this type of pain happens if you sit a lot at work. Bingo! That's what I do, so I'm trying not to sit as much plus stretching my back and it's helped a lot. The workouts are tough and they push you, but you get results. My clothes are getting looser and I have more muscle definition and I've been going for a month. I was a member here for a short time. Trainers are good but their business practices are poor. I moved back in May. Talked to one of the employees to cancel my membership. Signed some type of paper work, which I was under the impression that this covered my cancellation. Only to discover that they continued to withdrawal $120 a month for the next three months. Once I caught this I went in to discuss it. And was told that I needed written notice to cancel. Once again I was under the impression that that was taken care of back in May when I went in and verbally spoke with somebody about. So at this point I gave them a written notice then continued to ask about my refund of $360 if they withdrew. I have sent 3 separate emails and they will not respond back to me in regards to the money issues. In my opinion out of bed practice indicate good face with their clients they should do the right thing and reimburse me for the months that I was cancelled. Because of this I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

Let me start off by saying that the work outs and boot camp classes are great. You leave feeling like you've burned calories after each class no matter who teaches it. The staff are very nice and personable. I did the Fit in Six program and I was really excited about it because I was told that they have a 96% success rate. There was clear communication with Jessica from the beginning in which I told her I had a few health problems that might inhibit me from losing the weight. I was assured that although everyone's body is different, she was confident I'd lose the weight because of their success rate-I didn't lose the weight. Although I didn't lose the weight, they were still willing to work with me to make sure I got the best experience from their gym. Overall, it's a great environment to get a great work out. read more

This place was referred to me by my sister and I am so glad I chose fit camp! I was able to lose 22lbs in the 6 week challenge! I came to fit camp without any gym experience and no knowledge of how to eat to lose weight and see results immediately. The meal plan Jessica provided was easy to follow and gave me the freedom to chose what I like to eat within the meal plan guidelines.
