Previously, the hot mat room was much smaller, so I was happy to see more spots available in the hot mat class. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted at the door to check-in. There are cubbies outside of the hot mat room to put your bag and shoes, and the room has all of the equipment needed for the class. Nina was my instructor and she killed it! Pigeon pose, rolling out the hips and wrists, downward dog, etc. I love when instructors incorporate a bit of stretching at the start of class. The class itself had a lot of pulses and we used a good amount of the equipment. We used the ring, the free weights, the resistance band, and the Pilates ball.
