I filled out the paperwork and started talking to Kim and Cindy. They are amazing at what they do. The whole company is really taking care of the customer and especially Vets. I appreciate everything you have done for us. Thanks Guys

I wanted to know how much money I could qualify for a house in Carmichael. I gave them the following documents: W-2's for 2018+2019, paystubs for the last two months, mortgage statements, bank statements, credit statements, insurance statements, tax bills, driver's licenses, and personal information. Remember i am not trying to lock an interest rate. I am simply asking to be "Prequalified for a loan." They asked me to sign 6 more declarations. I signed the two that were important. I told them they didn't need me to sign a Carbon Monoxide Detector required in the new home. What new home? I am asking to be prequalified only. I get a call from Andrew stating he won't due business with a client unless they sign all the forms. I asked him why it was mandatory to sign a CO2 detector when i was only asking for PreQual at this point. I told him it was not necessary at this point. He said, "I can't work with a client who won't comply." We parted ways. When a business owner becomes so entrenched in their own dogma that they can't see the client's side of the story....time to move on. BTW, I signed documents today with Loan Pal on my refinance. Never did they treat me like i was just a "JOHN" like this ego maniac Andrew. His tone was demeaning and authortarian. Do not do business with him. Take your loans to Loan Pal. Ask for Elmer Deleon.
