Who knew Tampa was hiding this seafood gem? Fisk is serving up some seriously impressive dishes that'll make any fish lover's heart skip a beat. Let's talk about their Fisk Soup - this isn't your ordinary starter, folks. It's a bowl of pure comfort that'll have you contemplating whether it's socially acceptable to lick the bowl clean (no judgment here!). The Red Snapper? Absolute perfection on a plate. They've mastered the art of letting this beauty shine without overdoing it. But here's the real plot twist - their salmon éclair dessert. Yes, you read that right. It sounds skeptical, tastes amazing, and somehow works so brilliantly. What can I say except "You're Welcome!"

A delightful birthday dinner I am a fish addict. I love it so much I've even had it for breakfast. I had EBBE on my list for some time, and when I saw Fisk emerge on the scene, I knew I had to try it as well. For my birthday I chose Fisk to get my foot in the door, so to speak. Walking past the back of the restaurant we could smell the grill, and knew we had to get something grilled, it was so tempting. EBBE and Fisk are the same building, same entrance. Fisk is to the right as you enter and EBBE to the left. We were greeted very quickly and seated at the bar. All seats at Fisk are at the bar. The chairs were not uncomfortable at all. We chose a few cocktails and so much food. In short, it was all delicious and meticulous and filled with flavor and nuance and love for the ingredients. Crab salad - i loved the presentation and the phyllo cup. the crab salad was refreshing and light. Beef tartare - again, great presentation. It was very good, mustard forward Salmon eclair- this was one of my favorite dishes. Textures, flavors, letting that salmon shine ...it was divine Fish soup- wow this soup is like an explosion of herbs. Its creamy, herby and just makes you feel alive Grilled turbot- We'd never had turbot, and this was a gorgeous introduction. Grilled and seasoned to perfection, the turbot was filleted in front of us (dinner and a show). Fabulous. It came with lemon potatoes, spinach and english peas. I could eat that side dish all day every day. Swedish Meatballs- good grief these are exquisite. Soft, tender...the lingonberries added a sweet tart element and dang. Just incredible. For dessert I had a strawberry crumble that was light and perfect, with a 1,000 vanilla bean ice cream, sweetened only by the vanilla. I'll think about that ice cream for a long time. Husband had a chocolate creamsicle dessert that was also excellent. Im not a huge chocolate fan, but it was very good. Fisk is truly a delight for your palate, a must for any Tampa foodie. I can't wait to go back, just describing these dishes made me want to go make a reservation.

For foodies, Fisk is a must try. The Smoked Salmon Eclair had a WOW factor and stole the show. The Potato Crusted Walleye fried fish was cooked to perfection (the second time around) it needed a bit more seasoning. The Sweetish Meatballs (not your IKEA ones) with the longa berries, shaved pickles and mashed potatoes were delicious. The concept is interesting, it's a shared place. Fisk is small bar seating only. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu which changes often.

Haven't been to Fisk in a few months and, to my surprise, they have a new menu! Everything was absolutely delicious! Octopus, salmon eclairs, and lobster ravioli appetizers were fabulous! Duck and swordfish were great and, as always, the meatballs were exceptional! Fish Wellington was good, but we preferred the other entrees. Strawberry compote for desert topped off a great night! Ocean provided exceptional service at the bar, and Amanda greeted us and seated us upon entering. We love Fisk and hope they great their Michelin Star soon!

Front door. We did not know it was split with Ebbe. Fisk sign is easy to miss but the two restaurants are split in half.

Since it was a little humid outside, we opted to sit inside with the AC. Here's what we ordered: I have their new coconut crusted grouper sandwich style with onion rings. The beer battered onion rings was also a good compliment to the sandwich and the batter was so light. We also had their lobster corndog with fries. These two entrées that we ordered are a must try when you visit this place. The service was pretty quick. They got a little busy towards the end, but the food comes very quickly hardly any wait at all! So if you're in the mood for some local seafood bites and you're in the ballast point Tampa Bay area this place is a must try. Highly recommend.

I was with a party of 9. Front of house was short staffed (one line soldier) she knocked out our orders with speed and efficiency and then started bussin down tables, allowing us to move tables together and all. Heck yeah. Food showed up in waves (made the fish feel at home) and lemme tell you a secret. That fish landed infront of me...I didn't look up, head down and dialed in. Perfect harmony of ingredients. I wouldn't change a thing. Great fries too. Big Ray and your fish camp, take a bow son. Do a victory lap. You deserve every one of your flowers. You can do no wrong in my eyes.

Located on the corner of W Cleveland Street & S Dale Marbry Highway, in the Bon Air Neighborhood, Shells Seafood is very easy to get to. Plenty of parking in the stalls on the property as well as neighborhood parking and local stores adjacent parking spots. Once inside, you are greeted by the cute looking host at the nicely decorated front reception. She seats you immediately to a an open floor spacing with two sides of seating and a centralized semi-circle bar area. There are roughly over 30 tables and plenty of room to accommodate small to larger. The cajun boil here is fabulous! Loved every minute of it. This is a place you want to take all of your out of town guests to for dinner and cocktails. I stand by my first review that the grouper tacos, coconut shrimp, and island chicken sandwich are my fave menu items! The cocktails are STRONG and they also have a great selection of local craft beer. They have recently added more tables and expanding parking, because this place is popular and gets busy! Expect a wait on the weekends, but they have a text system so you can go find a cocktail and a view while you wait. Also, don't expect to overstay your welcome, they keep a pretty strict time limit on tables, and if you are done eating, they will kindly bring your check over. All in all, a quintessential Tampa experience!

There is a dining area and a separate bar area that also has seating, as well as tables with umbrellas closer to the water. There is live music also. The menu is extensive with appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees. There is also a nice drink menu. I started with a margarita and our table of 4 shared the fish bites appetizer. Our server was rushing us so much and we just wanted to enjoy a leisurely Sunday afternoon so that was annoying. The fish bites were $17.25 and there were maybe 10 little pieces. Way overpriced, but at least they tasted ok. I ordered 2 chicken tacos with fries. They came out overfilled and were hard to eat, but they were tasty. Others weren't exceptionally happy with their meals. I think service was my big issue. She rushed us to order, but once we ordered we never saw her again for more drinks or just to check on us. After we paid, we went over to the bar area and had another drink. Nicer experience.

However, the sunsets over the water are super pretty here and the string lighting is pretty.
