My boss purchased a swimsuit and shirt for 2,800 euro... the sales woman was pushy and she felt pressure to purchase and leave the store, she thought she was spending 280, not 2,800. I went to return the 2 items 1 hour later after reviewing the receipt, and she told me she didn't have enough cash to make the return, I explained we didn't want cash, we just wanted to make a return on the credit card, and she told me an exchange was impossible. I politely asked her what the return policy was, she said she didn't have one. She offered to exchange the items for store credit, but would not in any way shape or form return the money. I you decide to go in this store, make sure you are purchasing the item you want at the price you want... the sales people are aggressive and impossible to deal with. If I were you, I'd just avoid the store and go somewhere that clearly states the return policy. read more
