I said that's quite long but we are able to wait just as long as we know you actually have some of the bags in stock. he said only the SA can tell us this. so basically expected us to wait 45 mins with a real risk of being told sorry we don't even have the bag in stock. not sure in what planet that is considered to be luxury anything let alone service. let's see how long they can continue to alienate their customers like this before the tables turn. not interested to spend money in a store where the service and treatment if customers in akin to EasyJet.

Loved finding some beautiful gifts for friends here as well as some larger sized beach bags and cotton/linen wraps for chilly nights on the beach. They don't have an online store yet, but the clerk I spoke to said that they have plans to have one in the future. She was very helpful and helped me pick out some wonderful items.
