Personally, I hate doing that because it can set employees up to fail before they even have a fair chance to provide good service. However, the staff handled the situation perfectly. They greeted me discreetly, made sure I was taken care of, and helped me get into a fitting room when I needed one, all without interrupting my call in any way. They handled the entire interaction with tact and professionalism. Beyond the service, the atmosphere of the store, the overall shopping experience, and the selection were absolutely phenomenal. This is the kind of local men's shop that makes shopping feel personal, polished, and enjoyable.

NEEDS A LITTLE TLC!…read more My first impression of this store was that it was very dirty and cluttered. When it comes to antiques, less is more because when they are just placed any- and everywhere, they quickly take on the look of a bunch of junk. If this store was thoroughly vacuumed and displayed only half of its inventory in a meaningful way, it would simply be a better store. I really didn't stay very long because I simply don't do filthy and there is just no other way for me to say that this place needed serious cleaning, (floors), and organizing. There are two cats that roam freely so be aware of this in case you are allergic. The coolest feature of this store was the structure itself which is of course very old and had those great historic detailss. It also had a two-story display window which is easily missed if you don't look up. There is lots to see so if you like treasure hunting, you are in the right place!
