The best bit about the shop though is the owner rob, he always looks like a old fashioned chip man, with his stripy apron and hat etc, but its his personality that sells this shop to you, he is so funny and when queing for your fish and chip supper you are always guarenteed a right laugh. They do great deals also, they do a selection called the meal deals which have some great meals at great bargain prices for eg. jumbo sausage chips and choice of gravy, curry sauce or peas for the grand total of 2.20. They also do a big lunchbox for 3.00 (i think) that consists of mini fish, chips and a sauase with choice of sauces/pea etc. They also do breakfasts and toasted sandwiches which have only recently been introcuced but seem to have gone down really well. They have also this week introduced rotesserie chicken, which i have not tried as yet - but have heard are great. There home made fishcakes also are amazing, they are so nice and worth that extra 20p. The queues can be out of the door on certain nights, but the staff are very efficent and they get to you quite quickly.
