Now that the BIG company owns Davis Business the customer service quality has gone down. We once were able to call the local number and get assistance from a local rep, ow you are asked to call their Idaho number or even worse make a request online. I enjoyed speaking to my local rep instead of waiting more than 6 hours for an answer to a simple question. Will be leasing our machines from a local source and not a regional one. read more

I've had an issue with my work copier for awhile and had a tech expert named Benjamin that came to help. He was competent, professional and informative. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and experience. This company always is at the ready to assist with issues either over the phone or very prompt when having to come to the office.
