From start to finish, they approached every detail with the highest levels of professionalism, empathy, patience, and fairness. Mr. Dwyer and his team are a cornerstone of the Dade City and Pasco County legal community. From the very first interaction with Madonna Law Firm, it was clear that my case was in the hands of people who truly care -- not just as legal professionals, but as advocates committed to their clients' lives and long-term wellbeing. One of the most powerful moments I experienced was being in the courtroom with Mr. Dwyer. The respect he commands from the entire court system is unmistakable and deeply rooted in his personal values. His integrity, humility, and calm strength are evident in the way he interacts with everyone from court staff to opposing counsel to clients. He is not only someone you want on your side, but someone you're genuinely grateful to know. If Mr. Dwyer is on your side, you are absolutely on the right side. He will only fight for what is fair and just, and he does so with thorough preparation, sound judgment, and unwavering class. The Madonna Law Firm earns my highest possible praise. Their dedication, compassion, and legal expertise are rare and invaluable. I am forever grateful and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking trustworthy, principled legal representation.

Not only did he not offer a dime back the office didn't even mail a sympathy card. For a professional in the business for so long who works with the elderly "helping" families you would think a card at the very very least would be mailed. Nothing. My professional opinion: don't waste your money, or time. Rehabs and/or ALF's have case workers who will help you as part of their job and will show empathy and support. The lack of empathy, and unprofessionalizm is not ok and not worth adding to the already overwhelming stressful session of life.

I did not feel that way the whole time she was representing me. Going through the mediation I felt like I was in a high pressure sales tactic and my lawyer Marcie Baker was standing up for me or listening to my wishes. She spent more time arguing with me than listening to what I was saying. In my opinion she has no empathy for what a person goes through in a divorce and every situation is different. I not mad or disappointed in the outcome of my divorce. Im mad and disappointed in the person a choose to represent me. To top it all off this lawyer quit my case at the end of the divorce kept all my money except for a $100 and change. This put me in a bind where I had to find another lawyer and it is very hard to do that when a lawyer has quit you. I also had to come up with another $3500 for the second lawyer who was a 100 times better and well worth the money. With this experience I had, I just want ed worn everyone else to think twice before making the decision to use Macie Baker to represent you in a divorce.

We had started well over a year ago looking for an attorney to update our wills, power of attorney,…read moreadvanced medical directives and related estate planning. Our previous documents were more than 2 decades old. Our attorney retired, as had the others in the firm. We had also moved and wanted to find one in the area. In addition, we wanted someone who specialized in this category and was young enough to hopefully still be working when we died. After experiencing what surviving family have to deal with while in the throes of grieving, we certainly wanted to have a much better plan in place so that ours did not have to contend with that. A huge hurdle was just getting someone to respond. I lost count of how many we contacted that didn't bother to return a call or email regarding our request. We don't chase such "professionals" as we don't believe they will be responsive to us once we are a client if they can't do that to get one. Even a response to explain they aren't in a position to add more clients would seem polite. In continuing the search, we identified Adria Dickey, looked at her website, reached out and had a response quite quickly. That was exactly how the rest of our business proceeded as well. We soon had consultation scheduled. We came prepared with old documents and lots of questions. She was thorough in answering in a way we clearly understood. That was good, but we also found her a great listener regarding our background and what we wanted to accomplish. She demonstrated that wasn't just going through the motions to provide some boiler plate language by asking lots of excellent questions and got us thinking about conditions we hadn't anticipated. She explained the fee, which we considered quite fair, and we hired her on the spot. Within a few weeks we had drafts of updated documents and a narrative to guide us in reviewing all the documents. We asked for a few slight changes and soon were again sitting in her office, making everything official. Highly recommend this experience professional. Our only wish is that we'd have found her sooner.
