Did I want to sink $1400 into batteries, and would that solve the problem? So, I began researching various gas models and dealerships. I did not want to go the route of private owner because I didn't want to buy someone else's problem. Power Equipment Solutions has competitive prices for used golf carts. The one we wanted was sold while we were getting more information. But they offered us the same model, 2 years newer, and were willing to paint it the same color as the sold model at no extra charge. Well, can you paint it Steeler Yellow instead? Yep... Would you like a black roof and black seats to keep with the Steeler theme? Yep. That add on only cost $500 more. After all, it is my big present for our 25th anniversary. We had to wait about a month while the Springfield company did everything. Then Jeff had it delivered to Plain City so that the store could check it over themselves. Well it was delivered today, and I LOVE IT. Looks brand new, and came with a half a tank of gas. If you need a golf cart, come here. Top service, reasonable prices.

We booked this place in February 2024 and we were emailed confirmation with the site number. They were hit by a tornado 2 months prior to our arrival, but reassured my wife that they would be ready to go on May 1st. My wife called again 3 days prior to our arrival to ensure things were ready for us. Again, they reassured her that they were ready for us. When we arrived on Friday, May 24, 2024, they seemed unaware of our arrival. One of the women was unprofessional and snotty with my wife. Once my wife reminded the woman she spoke with her 3 days prior, she remembered. My wife showed her our confirmation and site number only to be told they had given our prepaid site to someone else. They had to scramble to find another full hook-up site for us. They ended up putting us in one of the that was in the path of the recent tornado. No trees or shade, broken pieces of glass, plastic, and God only knows what else was strewn all over our campsite. The WiFi did not work the entire weekend, as was advertised. Not to mention, our campsite was directly under power lines that were buzzing so loud that we had to talk louder if we were outside. While setting up my RV, which is a 2022, I was shocked multiple times if I touched anything metal (which has NEVER happened before). If you walked in the grass barefoot or let any of the grass blades touch your skin, you would get shocked. The pool was not open, which my grandkids were not happy about. For the weekend, this site was just shy of $300 for 3 nights. The staff did not offer any sort of discount, refund, or anything. If this was the only campground available, I would sleep in a Walmart parking lot first. This place was the worst experience we have ever had since we started camping almost 20 years ago. I would highly advise anyone to avoid this place like a plague! When we arrived back in Florida with our RV, I was able to set up our RV on our permanent spot without getting shocked even one time. The power lines in Wapak are definitely not safe for campers or their families.
