I had high hopes when I placed an online order. (I'm not local) I ordered after closing time so they were delivered the next day in the time frame I requested which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, what was delivered did not fully match what was shown online. Photos of what was shown online/ordered and what was received are below. It's an attempt, but for $100 I expected a Teleflora affiliated shop to be able to match what they represent online. I'm disappointed and glad my recipient doesn't know what it was supposed to look like. Definitely not worth the $100 I paid. read more

I ordered a 400.00 arrangement for a funeral today at 5pm , I asked them to send me a photo when completed, been days no photo, finally one hour before funeral I called the funeral home and ask them to go out and see if it was there . The man at the funeral home was nice and sent me a picture of the arrangement that was there. I'm in alaska so I cant be there to check . Fisher's Flower Basket Website displayed and allowed me to complete a purchase of one dozen premium red roses for $50.00 with a delivery charge of $5.95. Within minutes of completing my order they called me and said they need to cancel my order because the roses should have been $70.00 and a $10 delivery fee. They eventually agreed to honor the website quoted delivery fee since the delivery address is less than 2 miles from the shop, but they would not honor the website quoted price of $50.00. They cancelled my original web order and I completed a new order via telephone at the $70.00 rate but will take my business elsewhere next time. I called a couple florists in Columbus around 2:45 in the afternoon on Wednesday for a delivery to the funeral home for that evening...only Fisher's was able to provide same day and promised me white lilies, which my aunt adored...others did not carry lilies.
