Yet another good olde English Pub…read more This pub is just down the road from my grandma's house, so I have taken her here a couple of times. The food is A-OK, and good value. Upstairs you can sit down and eat whilst looking out across the River Hamble at all the passing boats. The food has always been good and doesn't disappoint. The staff are very friendly, it ticks all the boxes. On a sunny day you can get your drink in a plastic glass and sit outside on the edge of the water. Times flies by when I'm basking out there and before I know it I'm a few pints in. Vistied many times in the past and will be back many times in the future.
