Most courses were brought out and presented in a smoky glass being removed from your plate, and the flavor of everything was really good... it wasn't _just_ the presentation. We left feeling full but not stuffed, and I remember enjoying every course. The best presentation was the dessert, where the smores were done tableside with a blowtorch. You really wouldn't think this would be such a fun & enjoyable meal from the looks of the restaurant, so thank you Yelp for helping me find a great meal for a really reasonable price.

I ordered the grilled bone marrow and my friend got the grilled octopus. Amazing presentation on the octopus, served on its own cute little barbecue grill still smoking away. I think it was mole that accompanied the octopus on the plate...whatever it was it was delicious and my favorite thing from Bowie. The bone marrow portion was very generous and came with unlimited tortillas. However, I found it to be just a little too greasy for me. The drinks and ambience were great and service was impeccable.
