Avoid this place lets see why. So i got into a collision and…read morethe first thing Adam does is take a picture and indicates he needs me to let the adjuster know to contact him for estamates. He deemed the car drivable but one light was not working. Two weeks later after my adjuster settled the claim indicated to take the car to the shop. He was complainingg how he has a small shop and estamates wont be done till 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe that applies to small shops . They lied to my adjuster sayingg they made a price quote . So we went to a great body shop, who deemed it was not drivable one light and the cruise control is damaged, tires shaking! That's liability. The new body shop handled this well. This bodyshop for collision should BE AVOIDED due to their lack of professionalism, horrible service. Small shop should not handle the collisions, stick to what you can handle and also learn how to communicate promptly. Dishonest practice is common in this city but glad this happened as now we have a much better experience and we will have insurance company to not recommend this body shop that can't handle cars staying at the location. That's what i was told and i promised to provide a proper review to my team. Also seeing the review from another person keeping the car and not doing theirn job sounds like a nice claim from the insuranceml.

When I called, same day to discuss they tried to blame me for possibly jumping a curb. Not only did this oil change take the longest in my driving time and I have been driving for decades, had countless oil changes and this has never happened to me. I am shocked. Now I have to go back tomorrow and try to convince them to repair. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service, blame game and overall unprofessionalism.

I'll keep things short, since the owner has blocked my number and won't talk to me personally…read moreanymore.... After waiting for 2 weeks to get nothing but a completely misinformed estimate for services that I had not even asked for.... And nothing written for the services I actually requested. I went to pick up the car up and started it with 2 miles of gas in it. Two. Miles. I dropped the car off with 70 plus miles.... Full of coolant, tell me why I pick it up with 2 miles of gas and empty in both coolant tanks? I pick the car up take it home, then call the owner KC and explain what happened. His immediate response is "someone joy road the car" I said yes clearly, I knew that already I asked what he would do about it. Full of "apology" he begins apologizing profusely and says he wants to keep me as a customer and wants my friends to return so he says he'll make it right.... He then offers me 50-60 in gas money..... an absolute joke. I told him the least you could do for wasting 3 weeks of my time and almost running my motor completely dry is to fix the carbon hood which I asked you to fix, for free. Then.... 2 weeks later the hood hasn't been started on, I go pick it up accepting defeat and this is what I picked up. It was literally still dripping resin when I lifted it up and I left my fingerprint in it. Ironic that they replied to this review now suggesting that they saved me money by not charging storage and not charging for writing and preparing an estimate that was never there haha. To add to the comedic irony of their response they are telling me to contact the business directly instead and suggesting a "fake review" like the owner didn't block my number, block my Instagram...... There are also several other experiences that have been shared by others since mine and the only replies the owner KC can come up with is "fake review" no... "fake bodyshop" and "fake confidence" from a fake man behind a phone on google tryna lie still when I've posted all the facts And to address the rest of what their reply stated.... 1. The hood was repairable, and despite your utter destruction of it.... It can still be repaired, of course by a shop with some skill not a YouTube video and a bag of chips as payment to your employees, idk what else you're paying them for them to do you that bad... but aye same employees that joyride cars they can't fix or pay for, so I guess no surprise? 2. Blackmail is a strong word for someone who practically begged me not to share my experience before I even suggested that I would.... By trying to bribe me with some gas money.... A man who so easily and graciously agreed to fix the hood for free in exchange for me being "so kind and thoughtful to have given him a chance to defend his business name and reputation. " and he promised to make it right.... He then ducks my daily calls and when he does answer tells me everyday for over 6 days it'll be ready by the end of the day and I showed up to the shop 4 times just to find it hadn't even been starred on.... That's why you offered me gas money..... You offered me gas money because of the hassle of going back and forth... not to fix the situation of the car being low on gas because guess what you geniuses would've caused even more damage if you put gas in it as the car was tuned on e30. 3. You say I "left the car for 10 days" interesting way to say... I left the car expecting it to take 2 days and was told every day for the subsequent 8 days it'll be ready at the end of the day and it never was... INCLUDING when I went to pick the car up... hadn't been worked on and no estimate. Just joy rides and lies. 4. If you wanna make things right? Start by unblocking my number and Instagram before suggesting I contact you directly.... continue by dropping that cowardice inability to handle things directly yourself and accusing me of said cowardice and lying on google publicly with your "fake replies." Do not insult God by bringing God into a discussion with devils, liars, and cheats. You should be ashamed of yourselves. God will punish you if this review and the reputation hits don't. 1 star review is an insult even. should be a 0 star review option. Utterly abismal service, even more appalling customer treatment, not to mention a timeline of pure and utter speculation and lies. there are genuinely zoo animals that act with more professionalism than this buisness
