I scheduled a month out with Fish window cleaners & gave them an hour of window time to start. The crew called to let me know they were running 15 mins late On that day, I appreciated that & the crew arrived right on time. 30 windows, 3 levels, and 4 roof sky lights to clean.The 2 person crew completed in less than an hour& explained that they found 2 windows with seal leaks, which I was thankful for & since had a window company come out and confirmed the leaks and repaired them.The crew of cleaners were very professionally and after inspecting their work, would give them an "A". I waited to right a review to see if they would make it right, but all he said was that he was sorry that I wasn't happy with the service. It would have been easy to fix when they came to get the piece of equipment they left at our house. He didn't clean the window sills as stated on the quote and he hmissed a window all together. Mixed bag. Got rescheduled once due to staffing which I understand and I appreciated that they called and got me in earlier when they had a cancellation. Lots of fuss over cleaning screens, I was asked like 10 times if I wanted them cleaned. It's $4 a screen extra which was fine. Crew and office need to communicate better. I was told they wipe out the tracks that didn't really happen. Windows were left unlocked and they gouged the vinyl with a lock that they tried to lock. Just ask for help instead of forcing things.... They missed a window which I'm not shocked as they were all over the place instead of doing things in order. I'd probably use someone else next time. Seemed to be too busy and don't recommend the company. I have heard of the business all over but am unsure if it values each customer.

We had a terrible experience. One of the seals was damaged and the window was ruined on our large picture window. Half of our windows were not cleaned as the associate said he could not get them open. Another company had no problem. I called several times and never received a refund. We used Fish window service at our offices in Richfield in 6/2018. When they "completed" the job I paid them via a check right away. A few days later one of the employees asked why Fish did not clean the insides of the office windows. I went and looked and the windows definitely were not washed. I called several times and left several messages and the nobody returned my call. I should have Wales around and inspected their work and not taken their word when they said the job was "complete". I am just so disappointed that a small local business would not return the call. I would not recommend Fish Window cleaners. read more
