Even as they arrived we saw their equipment and were confused because it looked so high tech. They were very cordial, professional, and also just a very pleasant team that makes you feel like you're also part of the team. We talked over all my specific cleaning wants and needs, and they made sure to get every square inch of my property exactly how I had imagined! Will definitely be calling back next year and I can't recommend these guys more! Thanks Ashton!

Not only is it near…read moreimpossible to have someone call you back (they send generic text messages), but they do not make it clear when they are coming or what service they provided. The only way we knew that they had stopped by to service our lawn was an emailed invoice. As I mentioned, they do not let you know that they are coming, so they could drop by any time and any day of the week. The person who comes does not knock on your door to let you know they are there or what they are doing (usually a high school kid with no experience). This company is overpriced and does not deliver on the communication that their website promises.

First came in May 1 when I initially asked for one, and then mysteriously another one showed up for some strange reason in July. (???) BOTH times NO estimate amount was even listing on the invoice. Epic Fail by Action Professionals. We have done business with Action Pros for several years with…read moreall good service. Last November 2018, they sent a crew to clean our gutters. This crew damaged the gutters and facia beyond repair....holes, dents, gutters tore away from roof. Bad. Unprotected stairs caked in ice...very hazardous. We kept trying to work with them and Nothing was getting addressed so we posted a yelp complaint THEN the owner, Tom Flynn, called us in a panic saying he just got back from his winter home in Florida and a bad yelp post "will kill me". He sent his brother, Rob, who agreed that the gutters and facia were abnormally beat. His office manager. Libby, also came to see the damage and agreed it was excessive. She made a point of saying the two employees responsible for the damage have been fired. Thoroughly saying they did the damage and Action Pros will take care of me if I pull the negative Yelp post. Tom Flynn offered to replace the gutters and not the facia. We asked if he could guarantee the facia will look better than it does now. Mr. Flynn got mad and said he would no longer fix anything for us. He said we would never be happy and we were not worth the expense. Wow. This is beyond "not right". I guess we are headed for small claims court. Too bad. I have 35 years in with a reputable local company, so I do have a fair sense of what is right or wrong...Action Pros are wrong on this.
